Cardiff Uni have managed this, by focussing on a key PPM feature: the project status report. We look forward to the PMO Conference this week – it is amazing how popular this event has become. So many of Program Framework’s customers will be attending this event – we look forward to the introducing them to each other and socialising afterwards (thanks PMO Conference team for organising drinks!).

Before working with us they struggled with all of the typical PMO challenges – inefficient reporting processes, resource demand management, stakeholders engagement etc. Their head of PMO Chris Ward will describe their amazing PMO transformation story, with some practical advice on how to emulate their success. If you’re at the conference, come and join us for Session 1 in the morning. Continue reading >>
