This marks our final blog for 2015, and we’re happy to say it’s been a fantastic year. We’ve been lucky to attend so many brilliant events over the last twelve months, and we’re thrilled we’ve been able to meet so many people who value project management as much as we do.
So, by way of a celebration we thought we’d recite our Top Moments of 2015 (in no particular order, of course!) Continue reading >>
Towards the end of October, we wrote about our involvement in the 2015 Annual Project Management Awards held on November 2nd. Before we go any further, we must say that it was a fantastic event with some really deserving nominees and winners. The APM Project Management Awards are a celebration of the excellence in project management, recognising the achievements of both individuals and companies for over 20 years now. This year’s awards’ ceremony will be held at the London Hilton on Park Lane on November 2nd, and we’re delighted to be attending the event yet again. There have been a number of preliminary events dating all the way back to April, so the awards are greatly anticipated by all involved. The awards dinner is known for being the one of the most glamorous events of the year and is a great chance for people to really enjoy themselves whilst acknowledging the fine work achieved in the field of project management.
The awards are focused on the outputs and outcomes of projects, i.e. what they aim to achieve, and what their success gives back to the profession. Winners of the highly-coveted trophy (and winners in the past) act as prime examples of the invaluable contribution that project professionals provide in all sections of society. Continue reading >>
